This Privacy Policy explains how D2r Internet Holdings, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit Doorstoop (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy incorporates by reference our Cookie Policy and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Notice. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that we do not own or control, including advertisers, affiliate merchants, social media platforms, search engines, and other linked or embedded services.

2. No Accounts; No User Submissions

The Site does not offer account creation, login, registration, newsletter signup, contact forms, comments, reviews, ratings, surveys, or other features requiring you to submit personal information. We do not request and do not intend to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or similar contact information. If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to send.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers, advertising partners, analytics partners, and other third parties may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

4. Sources

We collect information (a) directly from you if you email us; (b) automatically through cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies; and (c) from third parties, including advertising networks, analytics providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, fraud-prevention vendors, affiliate networks, and measurement partners.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; for analytics, traffic measurement, and performance optimization; for advertising, including contextual advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, frequency capping, attribution, and conversion tracking; for audience building and measurement; to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, and security incidents; for debugging and troubleshooting; to comply with legal obligations, respond to legal process, and enforce our Terms of Use; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and for other purposes disclosed at the point of collection or with your consent where required.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and Swiss FADP:

Legitimate interests, for operating and securing the Site, analytics not requiring consent, fraud prevention, debugging, and similar internal operations, subject to a balancing of interests.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to: (a) service providers and processors for hosting, content delivery, security, bot protection, infrastructure, monitoring, logging, analytics, advertising, attribution, measurement, fraud prevention, and related operational services; (b) advertising, analytics, and measurement partners for the purposes described in Section 5 and as detailed in the Cookie Policy; (c) affiliate networks and merchants for tracking referrals; (d) legal, regulatory, and law enforcement authorities where required; (e) professional advisors; (f) parties to a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and (g) others with your consent or at your direction.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, beacons, fingerprinting, session replay, and similar technologies to operate the Site, deliver advertising, measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience. 9. Sensitive Personal Information

The Site does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, including government identifiers, financial account information, precise geolocation, health information, biometric information, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, sex life or sexual orientation, or contents of mail, email, or messages. Please do not send us sensitive personal information. Some content categories may relate to topics such as health, finance, insurance, legal, employment, or housing, but viewing such content is not intended to constitute the collection of sensitive personal information about you, and we do not use information about content viewed to infer sensitive characteristics.

10. International Data Transfers

The Company is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers and partners operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.

11. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operational, legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, analytics, dispute-resolution, enforcement, and recordkeeping purposes. Aggregated, de-identified, and anonymized information may be retained indefinitely. We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, and loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information.

12. U.S. State Privacy Rights (Including California)

This Section applies to residents of U.S. states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Delaware, Montana, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, and Kentucky, as those laws apply.

Categories collected. Identifiers (e.g., IP address, cookie and device identifiers); internet or other electronic network activity information; geolocation data (approximate); inferences drawn from the above; and limited commercial information such as affiliate referral data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, government identifiers, financial account information, biometric information, precise geolocation, professional or employment information, education information, or contents of mail, email, or messages.

Sale, sharing, targeted advertising. Some of our advertising and analytics activities may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising" or "cross-context behavioral advertising," under applicable state law. The categories of personal information sold or shared include identifiers, internet or network activity information, approximate geolocation, and inferences. The categories of third parties to whom personal information may be sold or shared include advertising networks, analytics providers, social media platforms, native advertising and content recommendation platforms, and affiliate networks. Children. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: confirm and access personal information; delete personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; receive a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; opt out of targeted advertising; opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do not currently engage in such profiling); limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not intentionally collect it); not be discriminated against for exercising rights; and appeal a denial of your request.

Verification. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and the legitimacy of the request. We may decline requests we cannot reasonably verify or that are not required by applicable law.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent. We may require written authorization, verification of your identity, and direct confirmation from you. California requires written authorization signed by the consumer or a power of attorney under the California Probate Code.

Response timing. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, generally 45 days, subject to extension where permitted.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial or emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the timeframe required by law, generally 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general or applicable regulator.

California Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Notice of Financial Incentives. We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences in exchange for personal information.

Nevada. Nevada residents may request that we not sell certain personal information by emailing [email protected]. We do not currently engage in sales of covered personal information as defined under Nevada law.

Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; erase your data; restrict processing; object to processing, including for direct marketing; data portability; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. We do not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

14. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of COPPA. The Site is also not directed to minors under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16 for personalized advertising or for sale or sharing. If you are under 13, do not use the Site. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take reasonable steps to delete the information consistent with applicable law.

15. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to, embeds from, or references to third-party websites, services, content, advertisements, sponsored content, and affiliate merchants. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of those third parties.

16. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised version on the Site. Continued use after a change becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by law.
